Counselling is essential for the treatment of children and adolescents with specific learning disabilities (SLD). At a school level and even in professional clinic settings, the role of the counselling for a child with SLD starts with its early identification. This school, this often shows as referrals from teachers of students facing academic issues whether in one specific subject or in a number of subjects.
